Hey there, sweet mama friend.
One thing every mama needs is a village. But often, we don’t think about building one until we desperately need it.
That’s why I encourage every mom and mom-to-be to build her village before she needs it.
Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 says, “Two are better than one… If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.”
Mama, you’re not invincible. You’ll get sick, become overwhelmed, or need to be two places at once. And while your husband is there to help, he can’t always be available when those little things come up.
That’s where a friend, neighbor, sister, or family member can become such a valuable part of your village.
So don’t be afraid to ask for specific help—a neighbor watching the kids while you shower, or swapping childcare with your sister for an evening.
When you allow others to help, you’re not just receiving something from them—you’re giving them the opportunity to love you and your children in a meaningful way.
Building a village isn’t weakness. It’s wisdom.
Thanks for spending this minute with me.
✨Carry this with you today…
Don’t keep those who love you from experiencing the blessing of being part of your motherhood story.
