Hey there, sweet mama friend.

Yesterday, we talked about the importance of building your village before you need it.

So today, let’s talk about one of the best places to start: finding another mom who gets it.

Because sometimes you don’t need someone to fix anything. You just need another mom who understands.

Someone you can text and say, “Is this normal?”
Someone who can laugh with you when motherhood gets a little ridiculous—and remind you that you’re not the only one figuring it out as you go.

If you don’t have someone like that in your life right now, start looking.

Try a Mommy & Me group, a mom’s group at church, a local playgroup, or a neighborhood group.

And don’t wait for someone else to make the first move. Introduce yourself. Start a conversation. Ask another mom to grab coffee.

Proverbs 27:9 says, “A sweet friendship refreshes the soul.”

Sometimes, finding your village begins with simply finding one mom who gets it.

Thanks for spending this minute with me.

✨Carry this with you today…

You don’t need a whole village to feel less alone. Sometimes one genuine friendship can be the beginning of something beautiful.
