Hey there, sweet mama friend.
We’ve talked a lot this week about the thoughts we allow to shape our hearts and our motherhood.
We’ve talked about taking our thoughts captive, replacing lies with God’s truth, and refusing to fall into the comparison trap.
Because mama, we can’t always control what thoughts enter our minds—but we can choose which ones we allow to take root.
Philippians 4:8 reminds us:
“Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”
So here’s a little exercise.
When a thought enters your mind, hold it up against God’s truth—not the world’s standards or your feelings.
You don’t have to give every thought a permanent place in your mind.
Choose what is true.
Choose what is good.
Choose what draws you closer to God.
