Hey there, sweet mama friend.

There will be things your children experience that they may be afraid to tell you.

Mistakes they’ve made.
Things they’re struggling with.
Friendships that hurt.
Choices they regret.
Things they’re embarrassed or afraid to admit.

God calls us to be there for one another, showing love and compassion, and that includes with our children.

Galations 6:2 says, “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”

How we respond when our child shares something tough, matters.

Sometimes our first instinct is to correct, lecture, or fix.

But before you respond, take a breath and listen.

Let your child know that even when the truth is hard, they can bring it to you.

Because if we want our children to come to us with the hard things, they need to know they’ll find grace—not condemnation.

Thanks for spending this minute with me.

✨Carry this with you today…

Be the kind of mom your child can trust with the truth.
