Hey there, sweet mama friend.

Has your child ever come home upset because someone at school called them an ugly name?

Or maybe your teen has been hurt by a hateful comment someone made about them on social media.

And what do we, as moms, usually tell them?

“It’s not true. That’s not who you really are.”

But mama, God reminds His children of that same truth throughout His Word.

John 8:31–32 says, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Because when you know the truth—about who God is and who you are to Him—you don’t have to let the lies define you.

He is truth.

When your mind whispers things that aren’t true…replace the lie with God’s truth.

You are His.
You are loved.
You are known.
And you were created by a God who doesn’t make mistakes.
