Hey there, sweet mama friend.

As moms, we want our children to know they can always come to us.

When they’re scared.
When they’re hurting.
When they don’t know what to do.

And they may grow up believing Mom is where their help comes from.

But mama, as much as we want to be there for them, there will be moments when we aren’t in the room, we can’t answer the phone, and we can’t fix what’s hurting.

Psalm 121 asks, “Where does my help come from?”

And then comes the answer:

“My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.”

That’s what we want to teach our children.

Mom may be here to help you today, but God is the One who will always be there.

So teach them to pray when they’re afraid.
To seek God when they’re confused.
To run to Him when they’re hurting.

Because our help—and our hope—doesn’t end when Mom can’t be there.

Thanks for spending this minute with me.

✨Carry this with you today…

Teach your children to come to you—but teach them even more to look to God, because He will always be there.
