Hey there, sweet mama friend.

Sometimes we create an image in our minds of what we will look like as mothers.

You might have pictured yourself as:
The soccer mom.
The PTA mom.
The crafty mom.

And there’s nothing wrong with any of those things.

But what happens when you realize that’s just not you?

Maybe your gifts are different. Maybe you simply don’t care about the things you once thought you would.

Mama, you don’t have to build your motherhood around an identity you created before you knew what motherhood would actually be.

You get to discover who you are in this season.

Psalm 139 reminds us that God knows us completely. He knew you before you ever became a mother.

So don’t spend your motherhood trying to prove you’re that mom.

Ask God to show you how to faithfully love, lead, and nurture the children He’s given you.
