Hey there, sweet mama friend.
I used to wear titles like “supermom” and “multitasker” like badges of honor.
But honestly? Most days, they felt more like 10,000-pound weights around my neck.
An impossible standard I felt everyone expected me to live up to—and one I had placed on myself.
Because we all want to be good moms with healthy, happy families.
A clean home.
Beautiful memories with our kids.
And those are wonderful things…but we were never meant to accomplish all of them, all of the time.
That’s when we overcommit, overschedule, and try to squeeze more into already-full days.
Eventually, something has to give.
Exodus 18:17–18 says, “The work is too heavy for you; you cannot handle it alone.”
Moses was carrying more than he was meant to hold.
And mama, maybe you are, too.
It’s okay to say no.
It’s okay to let some things wait.
You don’t have to be everything to everyone.
Thanks for spending this minute with me.
✨Carry this with you today…
Sometimes faith looks like putting the weight down and asking for help.
