Hey there, sweet mama friend.

Sometimes we wonder if our kids are really listening to all the things we try to teach them.

Are they hearing us when we talk about kindness?

Are they paying attention when we tell them to be patient, forgiving, and loving?

But mama, our children aren’t just listening to what we say—they’re watching how we live.

Ephesians 5:1 says:

“Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children.”

Our kids are watching how we respond when we’re frustrated.

They’re watching how we treat people.

They’re watching how we respond when things don’t go our way.

And they’re watching how we turn to God when life gets hard.

That doesn’t mean you have to model perfection.

It means you have the opportunity to model what it looks like to follow Jesus—even when you get it wrong.

So today, mama, remember:

Your life may be teaching lessons your words never could.
